City Roast develops a structured cup with a vibrant citrus impression with dark berry and cherry top-notes. Unlike the classic Supremo, this Nariño Supremo displays a bold citrus acidity balanced with a bittersweet Baker’s chocolate body. Hints of toffee linger in the finish.

A range of roasts (Medium, Dark & Espresso) work well on this coffee. Each roast profile develops beautiful variations of a chocolate body that pairs well with this coffee’s vibrant fruit top-notes.

Our organic Colombian coffee is farmed on the Munoz Estate in Nariño, a small village nestled between the Amazon Basin and the Andes Mountains. This high altitude region rich in volcanic soil is know to produce “The Queen of Colombian coffees”.
