This exquisite Single Origin 100% Jamaica Blue Mountain Coffee is grown, picked, processed, and roasted on Greenwich Mountain Estate, one of the few registered Single Origin Coffee Estates in Jamaica.
The processed green coffee is ‘aged’ or ‘rested’ for up to 180 days in a climate-controlled environment, allowing the flavor in every bean to reach the peak of its fullness.
After roasting, each batch is cup-tested to ensure Greenwich Blue quality, flushed with nitrogen to preserve freshness, and then vacuum packed. Certificate of authenticity is included with every order.
Most of the harvest is sold ‘green’ to connoisseurs in Japan, but we are delighted to now offer you a limited quantity of this truly amazing coffee.
