How to Prepare HOT:

Add 1 teaspoon of powder to 6-8 oz of hot water and stir!

How to Prepare COLD:

Add 1 teaspoon of powder to 2 oz of warm water and stir! Then add cold water and ice to fill the glass. (We love it in mason jars!)

Make It Bulletproof:

Add 1 Tablespoon of Ghee or Grass-fed butter
Add 1 Tablespoon of Coconut Oil or MCT Oil or powder
