All coffee purchased from Metropolis Coffee Company is roasted to order, and we roast them under strict specifications by people who have roasted coffee for Metropolis for years, providing you with fresh, unique blends to enjoy.

Sourced with care

We purchase excellent, unique, vibrant coffees that tell a story. It is important to us that everyone involved in the production of the coffee, right down to the land itself, will benefit from the production and sale of that coffee.

Tested for you

When we receive a sample of raw coffee, we visually analyze it for defects, and then roast a small sample. We then cup (taste) that sample, scoring the coffee and analyzing the flavor notes.
